What is your return policy
Our return policy is 30 days from the shipdate. Shoes must be in new condition, returned in the original undamaged box and include all hangtags. To process a return, simply log into your account at chicaneracing.com and follow the instructions provided. You will need to include the original packing slip or email confirmation of your order so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (other than for warranty purposes). Packages must be returned prepaid. Returns only apply to orders shipped within the United States.
Option 1: Return for a refund
Refunds are processed within seven days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. We tell customers to expect a 14 day turnaround from when they ship their returned items until a refund is issued.
Option 2: Return for Chicane Credit
You will be mailed a Chicane Gift Card for the full amount of your returned item as soon as your return is processed.
Option 3: Direct Exchange
Your exchange order will ship shorty after the confirmed drop off of returned items. 3-5 days to receive exchanged order.
